Family Law: Memorandum:
This memorandum was written for a client who needed to argue a point of New Jersey annulment law. The memo draws on analogous New Jersey law and similar annulment statutes in other states.

Personal Injury: Brief:
This is a brief in opposition to summary judgment. It addresses the issues of applicability of the New Jersey workman's compensation statute, standard of care, and standard of proof in summary judgment cases.
This project was completed in under eleven hours.
Criminal Law: Brief:
This is a brief in support of a motion to dismiss an indictment. It analyzes three charges brought against a defendant. Point I argues that the elements of the crimes were not sufficiently alleged. Point II argues for dismissal on the grounds of prosecutorial misconduct.
This project was completed in eighteen hours.
Construction Law: Brief:
This is a brief in support of summary judgement for a large construction law case. The brief is just under 60 pages long. The facts section is about 30 pages and the legal argument is about 25 pages.
This project was completed in about thirty nine hours.
